Information we collect

We collect your name, email, password hash, optional mobile number, preferred language, examination interests and whether you want to study without an examination. We record email verification, account activity and security events. Security controls use your IP address and account request counts to limit abuse. Learning pages display your learner account ID and the current date as a personal-access watermark. Requests exceeding learning-page limits are recorded as security events. You do not need to provide date of birth, caste or other sensitive demographic details to register.

How we use it

We use this information to operate your account, send verification and password-reset messages, remember your examination choices and protect the service. Account email comes from academy@lets-learn.in. We do not send passwords by email or show your private account information to school administrators.

Cookies and service providers

Essential session and security cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. The application and mail service are hosted on our server. Opening official examination links takes you to those organizations’ websites, which have their own policies.

Access, correction and deletion

You can change your examination choices on your dashboard and reset your password at any time. For other account corrections, a copy of your information or account deletion, email academy@lets-learn.in from your registered address. We verify requests before making changes. Account records are retained while needed to provide the service; limited security records and backups may remain for operational and abuse-prevention purposes.
